CONCERT CYCLE DESCRIPTION:
Get ready to Rebel, Rejoice, Repeat! This cycle will be a thrilling, soul-igniting musical experience designed for singers who live for the power of voice and harmony! Lonnie Norwood is back, leading his incredible choir from Uniting Voices Chicago (formerly Chicago Children's Choir) and we will also be joined by a stellar lineup of musical talent! With Shane Endsley and brass players from the Denver Municipal Band adding their dynamic sound, plus our powerhouse band from last May—Solomon Chapman, Thobias Juniel, and Nate Marsh—this is a night that will make you want to sing out with everything you've got.
Expect to dive deep into freedom songs from South Africa, stirring spirituals, a beloved gospel anthem from past cycles, and brand-new songs that will have you lifting your voice alongside children singing from the balconies! Whether you’re harmonizing in the choir or soaking in the music, Rebel, Rejoice, Repeat! will ignite your passion and remind you of the transformative power of song. where and when are rehearsals?

This performance cycle includes 8 rehearsals.
All regular rehearsals will run from 7-9pm at the Denver Elks Lodge. The address is 2475 W 26th Ave, Denver, CO 80211.
The dress rehearsal will take place in the evening (exact time TBD) on Thursday, May 14th, at Central Presbyterian Church. The address is 1660 Sherman St, Denver, CO 80203.
Rehearsal Dates for Monday Singers:
March: 30
April: 6,13, 20, 27
May: 4, 11
Thursday, May 14 = dress rehearsal
Rehearsal Dates for Wednesday Singers:
April: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
May: 6, 13

do I have to choose monday or wednesday?

Singers have the option to attend rehearsals regularly on Mondays OR Wednesdays, depending on what works best for their schedule.
Singers should plan to attend the night of the week they signed up for as a rule, but if a schedule conflict arises, singers are invited to attend the other rehearsal night as needed. No need to tell us, we just admire your commitment to showing up!

We do not take attendance. We trust you to do whats best for you! That said, if you can’t make the majority of the rehearsals, please consider waiting to register for a future cycle that fits better with your schedule.
