Doors are open for Summer Sing 2025, and I gotta tell you, we are PUMPED about the lineup of songs this year. After you read this, we hope you are, too! It’s going to be a summer of community, magical moments, and singing from the soul.

Here are the deets (from Kali) and dates you need to know this summer:

Summer sing #1

Dates: June 30 and July 7

Description: We’re starting the Summer Sings with a bang! I asked my friends, Zach Miller and his wife, Janka Perniss, if they’d stop in on July 7th to play with us, and they said, yes!! Janka and I are college pals, and Zach is in a band called Dr. Dog, who will be playing Red Rocks on July 1. I asked him what he thought would be fun to play with the choir, and he sent me a long list of some super cool songs to choose from. We’ll rehearse on our own on 6/30, and they will join us the following week.

Description: We’ll close our Summer Sings with a banger because who doesn’t need to sing their faces off right now? We all do.

Q: What is a “Summer Sing”?

A: A Summer Sing is a one-and-done* evening of singing and community. We workshop one JUICY song for the evening and then sing it through for ourselves at the end of the night, performance style! Friends and family are invited to come listen to the “performance.” We suggest having them arrive by 8:30pm, or a bit earlier if they’d like to grab a drink at the bar and enjoy the patio.

*The first summer sing is actually a two-nighter: June 30th & July 7th. You will register for both nights at the same time.

Q: Where and when will we be singing?

A: All Summer Sings will be held at Raíces Brewing Company (located at 2060 W Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80204) on Monday nights. Happy hour starts at 5:30pm where you can enjoy a beverage on their outdoor patio overlooking the river. We will sing from 6:30-9pm.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: There’s a $25 registration fee for each summer sing, which includes a bevvie from the bar. If you want to sign up for the first summer sing, there will be a $45 registration fee to cover both nights.

Summer Sings sell out! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of the event for a full refund and to allow someone else to take your spot. Any cancellations within the 48 hour window are not eligible for a refund but will be given the option to transfer the spot to another summer sing within the season, if there is a spot available.
